The Norfolk Cheese Company is please to offer this cloth bound hard cheese produced by Ferndale Farm produced on a farm just outside the  village of Barningham in the North Norfolk.  Smoked dapple is a traditionally made using traditional methods and is gently smoked for 12 hours giving it a good rounded smoked flavour.


This is a cheese which is smooth and creamy with a gentle smoked flavour. Cheddar-like cheese with a hint of nuttiness in the lingering aftertaste. Mature and full flavoured with a dry and hard texture.
