Description
Rampant Horse Cheddar is described as a “House Cheddar” named after an old pub near the shop. It features a strong vintage flavour complemented by a creamy twist and a very subtle sweet note at the end. This cheddar is a great all-rounder, suitable both for a dinner party cheeseboard and for cooking, such as in Cauliflower Cheese. It is produced in the Westcountry from pasteurized cow’s milk, using vegetarian rennet and salt.
