Smoked Dorset Red is a mellow, tangy cheese made by Ford Farm using milk from local Dorset herds, then cold-smoked over oak chips to impart a distinctive, smoky flavour and aroma. Its deep amber colour comes from annatto, giving it an appearance similar to Red Leicester, while its texture is smooth, creamy. With a velvety mouthfeel and a subtle, lingering smokiness,
