Using the milk from her very own herd of Holstein Friesian cows..

 

Mrs temples Binham Blue 200g

The Norfolk Cheese Company are delighted to be able to supply Norfolk’s only cow’s milk blue cheese.   Produced by Catherine Temple at Copy’s Green Farm in Wighton, near Well’s next to the sea.

Flavour 

A creamy blue with good subtle flavour throughout that is not too over powering to the pallet. A must of any cheese board.

Mrs Temples Wells Alpine 180g 

Made from the milk of Brown Swiss cows, the semi-hard cheese takes 6 months to mature. A flavorsome alpine cheese with nutty undertones and a subtle irresistible sweetness.

Mrs Temples Copys Cloud 200g

Mrs Temples Copys Cloud is a soft buttery brie style cheese made from cows milk. It is milder in taste than a Brie de Meux with a buttery melting centre.

Delicious melted or lathered straight onto warm fresh bread. Comes as whole round and is a delightful addition to any cheese board.

Mrs Temples Gurney’s Gold 200g

Mrs Temples Gurney’s Gold an award-winning cheese which is a semi-soft pasteurised cows’ milk cheese, washed twice weekly for several weeks to promote the development of a golden  peachy rind,

Made from pasteurized cow’s milk

Vegetarian: Yes

Type: Semi soft, rind washed

 

Mrs Temples Walsingham 200g

Walsingham is an artisan pasteurised cows milk cheese. The cheese is pressed and matured, with a crumbly texture and has been described as a cross between Wensleydale and Cheddar. A good all rounder and an absolute must have on any cheese board.
