This is a delicious ash coated, goats cheese log made by White Lake Cheese in Somerset. Its no
surprise that this has won gold at the World Cheese Awards as the light, lemony flavours are perfect
for the soft, creamy texture of the cheese.
As it matures, Driftwood develops more intense and tangy flavours of which can be enjoyed
both young and more mature depending on your tastes.
The product also crumbles or slices well into a tomato salad and melts beautifully into a pasta.
We simply like it on a nice plain savory wafer to really appreciate the flavour.
